Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the public Web3Deck website operated by kuku. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and each tool’s methods and warnings. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Permitted use
Use the tools lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not attack or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse private information or present estimates as guaranteed results. If applicable law requires a guardian’s permission because you lack legal capacity, obtain that permission before use.
Results and financial risk
Tools provide educational calculations, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Estimates depend on your inputs and assumptions; historical performance does not predict future returns. Prices, exchange rules, network fees and external data can change or fail. Verify with relevant providers before acting. We do not execute transactions, hold assets or guarantee profits.
Recovery tools and security
Only use public test phrases on online devices. Anyone with your phrase, seed or private key may control your funds. Local processing does not protect against malware, browser extensions, screen capture or a compromised device. Use trusted offline wallet software for real secrets; never send them to support.
Content, licenses and external services
Respect applicable intellectual property rights and third-party licenses. Open-source components and downloadable assets retain their stated licenses; these terms do not remove those permissions. External sites and data services have their own terms and policies. A link is not a guarantee of their availability, accuracy or security.
Availability and responsibility
The service may contain errors or be interrupted, corrected or discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted service or results suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
Taiwan law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Taiwan, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you elsewhere. Contact kuku first if a dispute arises; court jurisdiction follows applicable law, with no exclusive court imposed here. Future changes will be dated on this page and material changes communicated through a site notice. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
