USDT & USDC transfer comparison

Compare two fee quotes with explicit currencies, sources and times. Check selected issuer-listed mainnets before choosing a transfer route.

Calculation workspace

Manual quotes · ComparisonUser-entered quotesMethods and sources

Compare two quotes you obtain from a wallet or platform. Fees and prices start empty. No live prices, wallet connection or transfer execution.

Amount means the platform withdrawal request or wallet transfer amount. Up to 6 decimal places for stablecoin amounts; up to 24 digits per numeric input.

Quote 1

Token contract / mint · not a recipient

Verify with issuer

Optional USD price

Record when you saw the fee and any price, with sources for both. Editing a number does not refresh the time. Changing token, network or transfer type clears the quote.

Quote 2

Token contract / mint · not a recipient

Verify with issuer

Optional USD price

Record when you saw the fee and any price, with sources for both. Editing a number does not refresh the time. Changing token, network or transfer type clears the quote.

Confirm that the receiver supports this exact token, mainnet and contract. Matching address formats do not guarantee compatibility. Include all quoted fees; this comparison cannot verify deposits or predict execution.

No comparison yet. Enter both fee quotes, their sources and observation times, then compare.

Check the method before using a result.

How to compare transfer costs

  1. Choose USDT or USDC and enter the amount requested from a platform or sent from a wallet.
  2. Get two actual fee quotes. Match each quote to its mainnet and transfer type. Enter a platform's stablecoin fee or a wallet's native-currency fee, including any additional quoted costs.
  3. Enter a source and the observation time in UTC for each quote. If you want USD costs, also enter the relevant currency's price and its source at that time.
  4. Compare the received amount, stablecoin debit and separate native fee. Verify the receiver's deposit rules before sending.

A quote is marked stale at 15 minutes. This is a reminder to recheck, not a guarantee that newer inputs are still executable. Fees, congestion and platform policies can change immediately.

Selected issuer-listed mainnets

Issuer addresses reviewed on . This selected list is not exhaustive and does not prove that a wallet or exchange accepts a deposit. Verify the linked issuer record again before use. These contract / mint addresses identify tokens; they are not recipient addresses.

A matching token symbol is insufficient. Bridged representations can have different issuers, contracts and deposit rules from issuer-native assets. Circle explains the distinction in its native and bridged USDC guidance. Ethereum and Base both use 0x addresses; this does not make them interchangeable networks.

Fee currencies and network limits

Wallet network fees use ETH on Ethereum, ETH on Base and SOL on Solana. A token transfer may cost more than a simple native transfer. Include all costs shown by your wallet, including any account creation or L2 data fee.

On TRON, token contract execution consumes Energy as well as Bandwidth. Available resources can cover costs; a resource shortfall can consume TRX. Use your wallet's quote rather than a fixed universal TRC-20 fee. See TRON's resource model.

A platform may charge its own withdrawal fee in USDT or USDC, including its network expense. Do not add that expense again. The platform mode here models a stablecoin fee only; a different charge currency or additional recipient deduction needs separate accounting. This tool does not model bridging, sponsorship, swap costs, deposit minimums or transfer time.

Exact arithmetic and an example

For a deducted platform fee: received = requested amount − fee, and stablecoin debited = requested amount. For a fee charged on top: received = requested amount, and stablecoin debited = requested amount + fee. For a wallet transfer: received = sent amount, and the native fee is budgeted separately. These estimates assume no additional recipient deduction.

Illustrative arithmetic only: a request for 100 USDT with a 1 USDT deducted fee delivers 99 USDT. Charging the same fee on top delivers 100 USDT and debits 101 USDT. These are invented example inputs, not current quotes. USD fee = fee × your entered USD price; no one-dollar peg is assumed. Decimal arithmetic preserves small fees instead of rounding them to zero.

Frequently asked questions

Which network is cheapest?

There is no live ranking here. Compare current quotes for networks the receiver actually accepts. Native fees in ETH, SOL and TRX need their respective prices for a USD comparison; deposit limits and operational compatibility also matter.

Can I send USDT to any USDC address?

Confirm the exact token and network with the receiving platform. An address alone cannot establish deposit support, and this calculator does not validate recipient addresses.

Does a recent quote guarantee the displayed result?

No. The source and time are entered by you and are not independently verified. A newer quote can already have changed. Confirm the final fee and receiving amount in your wallet or platform before submission.
